Every request in one queue

Singers scan a QR code and pick a song from your catalog on their own phones, with no app or account. Every request lands in one queue on your screen, so you always know who's up next at a glance.

See the full line-up

Requests come in to a single live list on your screen, so you can see who wants to sing what and work through it in order.

Only songs in your catalog

Restrict requests to your karaoke library or a curated list, so singers can only pick tracks you can actually play at the venue.

How Karaoke Hosts manage Song Requests

1

Setup

Before your karaoke night begins, you create an event in Rekwest with details such as name, start time, duration, and venue information. Rekwest then generates a unique QR code or link that singers can scan or open to request songs directly from their browser without installing an app or creating an account. You can display the QR code around the venue so everyone can join in, restrict requests to your karaoke repertoire or a curated song list, and configure rules to automatically accept or decline requests.

2

During the Event

During the event, you see requests and votes appear in real time and decide which songs to accept or decline, keeping the queue flowing. Accepted songs can be exported automatically to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or your DJ and karaoke software. When requesting a song, singers can optionally add a tip, increasing their chances of being picked next and allowing you to earn extra income during the night.

3

Post-Event

After the event, Rekwest provides analytics showing which songs were most requested and which led to the highest engagement. You also have the option to automatically send follow-up emails to attendees, helping promote future karaoke nights or special events.
